• 60 ml Erbe Gin – Lime & Sage
• 15 ml Elderflower Liquor
• 15 ml Chardonnay White Wine
• 7,5 ml Dry Vermouth

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass
Serve in a Martini glass
Garnish: Lime zest twist

• 50 ml Erbe Gin – Lime & Sage
• 200 ml Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic
